Culinary Affairs is owned and operated by Dominick Del Pozzo and family. Dominick Del Pozzo is a first generation Italian from Naples who received his Bachelor Degree in business administration from St. Johns University.
Growing up in a family owned restaurant, pots, pans and bread dough were his toys as a young boy. His father owned and ran the Monte Carlo restaurant, in Queens, NY where they served corporate VIP the likes of Mario Cuomo and Donald Trump. He learned the lessons of excellence in service and choosing the right ingredients to create flavors to satisfy any palate.
What better place than New York to start his journey. He expanded and cultivated his culinary skills with many international cuisines and has been in the front line catering gourmet food for many social events.
